Row 1: Ch 15, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in next 2 chs, *ch 2, skip 2 chs, sc in next ch, rep from across, sc in last 2 chs.
Row 2: Ch 3, turn, skip first dc, dc in next sc, *ch 1, skip next sc, 2 dc in ch sp, rep from * across, ch 1, skip next sc, dc in last 2 sc (9 dc, on e ch-3, 4 ch-1 sps).
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc in next 2 dc, *sc in ch 1 sp, ch 2, skip 2 dc, rep from * across, sc in last ch-1 sp, sc in dc, sc in top of ch-3.
Rep rows 2-3 until desired length.
Border:
Ch 1, sc evenly around with 3 sc in each corner.
