Use 2 strands of yarn throughout.

Rnd 1: Ch 4, join to form a ring. Ch 3, 11 dc in ring. Join with sl st to beg ch 3.

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same st, 2 dc in each dc around. Join with sl st to beg ch 3.

Rnd 3: Ch 3, *2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc, rep from * around, 2 dc in last dc. Join with sl st to beg ch 3.

Rnd 4-8: Ch 3, dc in each dc around. Join with sl st to beg ch 3.

Rnd 8-15: Ch 1, sc in each sc around, DO NOT join.

Fasten off, weave in ends.
